This angled tote trolley is a mobile rack for 600 x 400mm plastic totes, built for order picking, Kanban storage and line-side kitting. Each tier angles towards the user, so staff can see what is in every box and reach in without lifting totes out.
It takes six or nine totes up to 300mm high across three tiers. The 6 box layout leaves every box fully open, while the 9 box layout holds 50% more with over half of each box still open. Each shelf is rated to 75kg, and the trolley runs on 125mm castors, two swivel and two swivel braked.
