Types of Lifters & Stackers Available

Manual Pallet Stackers

Manual pallet stackers are designed for lifting and positioning standard pallets in warehouse and workshop environments. These units feature steel forks that slide under pallets, with a foot-operated hydraulic pump system to raise the load. Our Pramac MX10/16 model offers a 1000kg capacity and 1.5m lift height, making it suitable for loading lower level racking or positioning pallets for unpacking. The tapered fork tips with nylon rollers allow easy entry and exit of pallets, while the three-position control lever provides precise lifting and lowering control.

Platform Lifters

Platform lifters feature a flat lifting surface rather than forks, designed for handling boxes, equipment and irregular loads that don't sit on pallets. The Ravendo 100kg lifter features a 430mm x 390mm platform that raises to 1200mm height via a manual winch system. Large pneumatic tyres make these units suitable for outdoor use, ideal for loading and unloading boxes from vehicles at delivery points.

Portable Configurable Systems

Vanmate's innovative portable lifters offer a unique advantage for delivery operations. These units can be completely disassembled in under 15 seconds and stowed in a vehicle for transport between jobs. Drum Handlers

Specialist drum handling attachments grip 205-litre steel or plastic drums securely around the top lip, allowing safe lifting and positioning for dispensing or storage. These units are particularly useful in manufacturing, chemical handling and automotive environments where drums need to be lifted onto dispensing equipment or racking.

Mini Lifter Stackers

Compact mini stackers like the Variofit 250kg model are designed for smaller spaces and lighter loads. With 450mm forks and just 300mm width over the forks, these units can access tighter areas than full-size pallet stackers. The 1300mm lift height makes them ideal for loading onto shelving or workbenches in workshops and storage areas.

How to choose a pallet lifter or stacker?

Load Capacity - Determine the maximum weight you need to lift. Our range covers 100kg to 1000kg capacities. Always allow a safety margin above your typical load weights.

Lift Height - Consider the maximum height you need to reach. Stackers are available with lift heights from 800mm to 1500mm. Remember to account for the height of the load itself when calculating total reach.

Load Type - Forks are designed for pallets, platforms suit boxes and loose items, drum handlers for barrels. Choose the attachment that matches your typical loads.

Mobility Requirements - Portable systems that disassemble are ideal for delivery work or multi-site operations. Fixed units suit single-location warehouse use.
