Dead Man Brake: The Variofit Dead Mans Brake ensures that trolley is always braked and secured against rolling away until the top pushbar is held down, realeasing the brake. On releasing the pushbar, the dead man’s brake is activated automatically and the trolley is braked safely again.

Additional Handlebar: The additional handle beneath the dead mans brake pushbar allows ergonomic movement of the trucks when the brake is released.

720mm x 450mm Platform: Compact wood-based board, ideal for use in tight spaces.

Heavy Duty Steel Frame: High quality L section steel frame ensures maximum load-bearing capacity.

Powder Coated Finish: The frame is preliminary treated, powder coated and stove-enamelled to optimise and enhance the surface finish. Great impact and scratch resistance, and a longer life service.

125mm Easy-Runner Wheels: The grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber wheels (2 swivel, 2 fixed) allow the platform trolley to be used on even the lightest colour floors. Fitted with sealed precision deep groove ball bearings that offer 50% less initial resistance than normal castors. This makes it easy to start moving the trolley even with a heavy load.

Wheel Foot Guards: Prevent dust collection around the wheels.

TÜV Certification: TÜV (the German technical inspection authority) stands for quality and safety. The TÜV mark can be awarded to trolleys with a payload of up to 500 kg and trucks with a capacity of 250kg.
